As a certified professional Doula with over three decades of experience, I strive to provide expectant parents with the most fulfilling birth experience possible. My services include creating personalized birth plans, implementing comfort measures, and navigating the birth process in hospitals, birth centers, and home births. My goal is to ensure a positive and empowering experience for my clients. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my four children and husband, gardening and kayaking on the beautiful waters of Tennessee.

Service introduction

I typically offer two prenatal visits and one postpartum visit. I am dedicated to serving you and will be on call for you two weeks prior to your estimated due date and two weeks after. I will help you navigate a birth plan, help you be ready to experience a birth without fear or anxiety. I will guide you as you are navigating the entire labor and birth process.
