I don’t have a birth plan yet and haven’t decided where I would like to give birth. I’d love someone who can educate me on my options, answer my questions, help me understand what to expect, and support me in making informed decisions as my pregnancy progresses. It’s also really important to me that I find someone I feel genuinely comfortable with and can trust—someone warm, supportive, and easy to talk to. Since this is our first baby, we would appreciate someone who can confidently care for our newborn while also teaching and guiding us with feeding, soothing, bathing, safe sleep, and establishing healthy routines. We are particularly interested in overnight support during the first few weeks, with the possibility of daytime assistance as well. Infant CPR certification, excellent references, and extensive newborn experience are important to us.
