Being a doula is truly a calling and a passion of mine. I love walking alongside expectant mothers and their families during one of the most beautiful and life-changing moments of their lives. My heart is to help every family feel supported, encouraged, confident, and cared for throughout her birth journey. My faith is at the heart of everything I do. I believe every birth is unique and a precious gift from God. Whether I’m offering comfort, encouragement, prayer, or simply a calming presence, my greatest joy is helping families welcome their little ones into the world with peace, love, and confidence

As your doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. During our prenatal visits, we’ll discuss your birth preferences, practice breathing techniques, labor positions, and comfort measures to help you feel prepared and confident. During labor, I offer hands-on support through massage, counterpressure, position changes, relaxation techniques, and plenty of encouragement! I also help your birth partner feel involved and supported. My heart is to create a peaceful, positive birth experience where you feel heard, empowered, and cared for every step of the way.
