My virtual 1:1 sleep support is designed to give families personalized, expert guidance from the comfort of their home. Through video calls, messaging support, and tailored sleep plans, I work closely with you to understand your child’s sleep habits, challenges, and unique temperament. This service begins with an in-depth sleep assessment where we discuss your goals, current routines, and any patterns you’re struggling with — such as frequent night wakings, short naps, bedtime battles, or early morning wake-ups. Based on this, I create a customized step-by-step sleep plan that fits your child’s developmental stage and aligns with your parenting style. Throughout our time together, I provide daily check-ins, troubleshooting, and real-time adjustments to ensure things stay on track. You’ll receive clear guidance, emotional support, and practical tools to help your child learn to fall asleep independently and stay asleep longer. Virtual support is ideal for families who want flexible, accessible coaching with the same level of personalization as in-home services. No matter where you are located, you’ll feel supported, understood, and equipped to help your little one sleep peacefully and consistently.

In Home Sleep Support
My in-home sleep support is designed for families who want hands-on, real-time guidance during their child’s bedtime and overnight sleep. I come to your home to personally handle bedtime, night wakings, and sleep coaching for a minimum of one night, with at least 8 hours of on-site support. Many families choose my 3-night package for the most consistent and effective results. During my time in your home, I gently guide your little one through the sleep plan we’ve created, model the techniques for you, and take over the overnight responsibilities so you can get the rest you need. This includes: Managing bedtime from start to finish Handling all night wakings Implementing age-appropriate sleep strategies Observing your child’s sleep cues, patterns, and behaviors in real time Making immediate adjustments as needed After the in-home portion, the rest of your support continues virtually, with the same level of personalization you would receive in my fully virtual package. This includes daily check-ins, sleep log reviews, ongoing adjustments, and continued guidance as your child learns independent, restful sleep. In-home support is perfect for parents who want hands-on help, overnight relief, and the comfort of having a trained sleep expert right beside them — followed by ongoing virtual coaching to ensure long-term success. The family first pays for the plan which is 500$ + an hourly rate mentioned here

My baby has always primarily been contact napping. I am resuming work in few months and was apprehensive about her always wanting to sleep in arms and being rocked to sleep for daytime naps and night sleep - she used to wake up at night resulting in less sleep for her and she used to be a bit fussy during the day. Through Bornbir, I got in touch with Divya and, after our first chat with her, we immediately felt at ease that we are in good hands. She is an extremely professional person who helped us by charting a tailored sleep training plan with gentle techniques, which aligned with our parenting style. During day 1 and 2, she was hands-on and guided us throughout the night and helped us to stay calm. By Day 3, we had increased confidence, better understanding of our baby's sleep routines. Whenever I faltered a little and got anxious, she was empathetic and offered hands-on guidance on how to deal with any fussiness or crying. After following Divya's structured sleep training plan, we were amazed with the positive outcomes in just about 4 days - our 12 month old is sleeping for 11.5 to 12 hrs at night with minimal wake ups and gets atleast 2 hrs of sleep during daytime naps. Thank you Divya for offering a structured plan and guiding us throughout - with solid 12 hour sleep our baby is active and playful throughout the day. We are feeling rested as well at night to give our 100% to our baby during the day.

We hirer Divya as a sleep consultant for our 19 month old who was a terrible sleeper, woke up multiple times in the night and needed to be rocked back to sleep. I did not much hope but I was desperate so I talked to Divya. I also did not want the traditional cry it out method. In 3 days he was completely sleep trained and slept pretty much through out the night. Divya is very hands on and was with us through out the process. She is very approachable. I have already recommended her to some of my friends. You won't be disappointed!
