Donna is truly such an amazing woman and sure knows what she is doing! As a first time mother, she came into my life at such a point of uncertainty, doubt, and frustration. When my breastfeeding journey started off rough and not according to plan, she was at our home within days. Now 10 months later, I would not be the mother I am without her. She has guided me, lifted me up, supported me, and loved me through the hardest, most beautiful chapter of my life. If you are feeling like your breastfeeding journey isn’t working out how you had hoped or it’s feeling like it shouldn’t be this hard, get in touch with Donna. She will always be there for you when you need her.

Donna is fantastic. Wife and I asked for an appointment to give advice on positions, feeding time, feeding behavior, etc. Donna is professional, empathetic, understanding, and helpful. Think our appointment is a big psychological release for us and provided much assurance that we're doing the right thing, and not to worry about some details during feeding that might scare new parents or make them concerned. Family are all very thankful

I reached out to Donna for support, and she was able to see me the same day. She is exceptionally kind, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. I would not have been able to continue pumping and breastfeeding without her guidance, and I am deeply grateful for her help.

Working with Donna was the best decision! From the early postpartum visits with my first daughter, to reminding me I know what I'm doing with my son- she is the reason we are still successfully breastfeeding! Highly recommend!!

Donna is god-sent! She was so caring, informative and gentle. She brought such a calming presence with her but quickly jumped in to help us improve our positioning and latch while feeding. Our little guy was taking in lots of air while feeding, no matter what position we tried. It got to the point where he was extremely gassy and suffering from severe reflux and spitting up. We thought there could be other issues even beyond the latch since his symptoms were getting worse over time, including a change in his stool (it got mucousy). However, within a day (even the same day) of working with Donna, we’ve seen drastic improvement. He’s happier, less uncomfortable and sleeping more soundly. Donna also replied to our initial request for support quickly and got us in the next day). I’d definitely recommend her, even if you think you’ve got your breastfeeding routine down, the pointers she gave us were invaluable. Thanks again Donna!

Donna single-handedly saved my breastfeeding journey. I was in excruciating pain postpartum, dreading every nursing session. Despite being told by "experts" that my daughter’s latch was fine and the pain was normal—or that she needed tongue tie surgery—I knew something was wrong. My nipples were cracked, bleeding, and bruised. I was heartbroken and nearly ready to give up. Then we found Donna. She came into our home calm, professional, and full of hope. She reassured us there was no need for surgery and carefully assessed both my anatomy and my daughter’s. She showed us the exact angle and position that would ease the pain. It took some adjustment, but my body healed—and nursing became not just bearable, but something I actually enjoyed. Thanks to Donna, I now nurse comfortably in any position, pain-free. My daughter is thriving in the 98th percentile for weight, and I credit Donna's expertise for turning a nightmare into one of the most positive parts of early motherhood. If you're struggling, Donna can help. She gave our family hope—and I can’t recommend her enough.

Donna has been an incredible resource for both of my breastfeeding journeys. I am an overproducer of breast milk. Donna was able to help me successfully wean pumping with my first child and get my milk supply under control with my second child. Without Donna, I do not think I would be breast feeding this second time around. She has a wealth of knowledge in regard to breast feeding and supply issues. She’s also incredibly kind and caring. I am so grateful for her!

Donna is the exact blessing I have been searching for while on my breastfeeding journey (4 months so far) and as a first time mom. Since giving birth, I experienced engorgement and mastitis symptoms several times a week as an “over producer”. I have worked with a few other LC’s but did not see any results or relief. I found Donna when I was 13 weeks postpartum. On the verge of giving up breastfeeding because of all the pain, challenges and difficulties I was experiencing, I met with Donna. She was so attentive, informative and encouraging. She created a care plan with actions steps that allowed me to see improvement and reduce all my symptoms within a few days!!! A literal miracle. I am so grateful for Donna. She has continued to follow up with me and her support is so helpful. To any moms looking for help or guidance, I highly recommend Donna. She is an angel in my eyes. Thank you Donna!

Donna is a godsend! Was so grateful to be connected to her. She traveled to my home days after returning from the hospital and has returned twice since. I was suffering from a lot of pain and Donna gave me all the tools I needed to confidently continue to work through various challenges. She created detailed care plans and made referrals for additional support. She’s also just a lovely person. I’d recommend Donna to any new mother trying to breastfeed a thousands times over!

We loved working with Donna. We were super strung out, being new parents with low milk supply issues, and she was a calming presence that reassured us that we were doing ok. She is refreshingly competent, and super knowledgeable around techniques, tools, and other methods that we used to help close the gap between nursing and formula. She also has an extensive network of referrals she was able to connect us with. We had lip/tongue tie issues and we were introduced to dentists that she knew wouldn't do anything if they didn't feel it was necessary. We left every session with a better grasp of our specific situation and it helped us stress way less overall. AND she does home visits!

I just had my first meeting with Donna and I couldn’t be happier with how things went! I instantly feel more confident and less anxious about my breastfeeding journey. She came right out to my house the day after I contacted her and helped ease my concerns about my baby’s weight loss. She also helped me figure out the right size accessories for breast pumps which was so helpful. Highly recommend!!

Donna was wonderful to work with! I saw her due to my baby being low weight at 8 weeks. I contacted her and within 2 days I had a in home appointment set up. Donna was very knowledgable and knew what actions to take right away to help my LO gain weight. After one week of our first visit my little one gained almost a 1lb! Donna's attitude was very positive and reassuring. She made me feel very comfortable and confident that I could meet my breast feeding goals. I highly recommend her services.

I wanted to stop breastfeeding the day I started. When I gave birth, my midwife had written down "Donna Bruschi" on a piece of paper and told me if I needed help with breastfeeding to contact her! I'm so glad I did because I would have 100% given up. My baby is sooo much happier now and I am now enjoying every minute of breastfeeding!

I've met with Donna twice so far and she has been extremely helpful. She is knowledgeable and well informed. Donna has a calming and supportive presence and is so easy to talk to. I wish I reached out earlier. Her help has had a significant impact on my anxiety and stress. I feel so much more confident in my breastfeeding journey.

We had Donna visit us for the initial consultation and for a follow up after the issues were addressed. At both visits we’ve learned so much useful information! Initially, I was reluctant to call the lactation consultant since I didn’t think feeding was that bad, but oh boy I do see such an improvement now! I also didn’t know insurance covers her visits, this was a very pleasant surprise!

I was referred to Donna by a friend but had my reservations because of the my first experience with lactation consultation I received at the hospital which felt extremely clinical. Donna was able to come into my home where I felt most at ease to experience my relationship with our newborn as we tackled the newness of breastfeeding. She gave helpful advice on how to better position myself and by son, clarified how lip and tongue ties were effecting his latch, and provided countless resources and references for providers to help with next steps (pediatric dentistry & chiropractic care). With Donna, the advice felt more like a conversation than a demand from a clinical team. Her personality is extremely calming and genuine! I can’t say enough good things and would highly recommend her to anyone who has general questions or larger concerns regarding breastfeeding.
