I’m a first time mom expecting my baby boy in November. I’m planning to give birth at a hospital and am hoping to have an unmedicated birth if everything is healthy and safe for both me and my baby. I’m looking for a supportive, knowledgeable doula who can help me feel confident throughout labor by providing comfort techniques, emotional support, breathing and positioning guidance, and advocacy during birth.
