During overnight shifts, I help ensure both baby and parents get the rest they need. While you sleep, I care for your baby—handling feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and monitoring—so you can wake up feeling more rested and ready for the day. My goal is to nurture your confidence as parents while providing practical, reliable care so you feel supported, empowered, and less overwhelmed in this tender time. Minimum Booking: 8-hour overnight shifts or 4-hour daytime shifts Availability: Nights, weekdays, and weekends (based on schedule) Package Description: This package offers nurturing, hands-on support during the precious early weeks of your baby’s life. Whether you need overnight care so you can rest, or daytime help with feeding, soothing, and newborn routines, I provide personalized care that centers your family’s needs. As your postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, and night nanny, I bring calm, expertise, and reassurance to your home—helping you rest, recover, and grow confident in your parenting journey. Includes: Newborn care (feeding, diapering, soothing) Overnight support so you can sleep Postpartum recovery support Feeding guidance (breast, bottle, or combo) Light household help (baby laundry, tidying nursery) Emotional support and evidence-based education Let’s create a care plan that supports your whole family.
