Hi everyone! my name is Raqell, and I am a certified Newborn Care Specialist with a background in infant care, family support, and health sciences located in norfolk, virginia. I am passionate about helping families navigate the newborn stage with confidence by providing attentive, nurturing, and evidence-based care. I have experience caring for infants from birth and supporting families with overnight care, feeding routines, sleep hygiene, diapering, soothing techniques, and overall newborn wellness. My goal is to create a calm and supportive environment where both babies and parents can thrive. I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Health Sciences, which has strengthened my understanding of infant development, health, and family-centered care.
