Trouble latching baby has tongue tie interested in tongue tie release
Cole was born at 34 weeks. Was in the nicu for 18 days. Has a decent latch (mostly with shield) and was able to transfer milk in nicu with weighted feeds. Currently latching 2-3 times a day and supplementing with bottle after feeds. Concerned with striking balance of exclusively nursing and nursing/supplementing feed and when he is able to make the transition.
Need a lactation consultant help , baby Is below the curve and the pediatrician recommended me to consult one
first time parents, and my partner does not get any time off. We are looking for someone experienced with sleep training, lactation consultant, etc. Basically that can help us learn the ropes. No need for any second languages (we only speak english). Certificates are not required, so long as they have a few years of experience under their belt. Really we're looking for someone who's patient, and a good communicator. Ample experience is helpful, but not a critical requirement. Our budget has some flexibility, and we have flexibility on day or night support- my partner is a fireman, so his schedule varries (he typically works 24 hour shifts). We will be looking to hire someone part time a nanny, as our newborn grows, just to throw that out there. Nutritional guidance is helpful, but no need for cooking, cleaning or laundry- we have that covered.
I need a home visit to help with breastfeeding my newborn. We sometimes struggle with staying latched and keeping baby awake
I just need someone to teach me things before the baby is born. Such as pelvic floor expand how to Brest feed. I would like someone to be an advocate for my wants and needs in the hospital when delivering to ensure my wishes are met and doctors just don’t proceed however they want. And maybe be some extra hands and care once baby is born Giving birth at Paoli in PA I would like to keep the price reasonable but I don’t know what that looks like maybe $1000? I don’t have a birth plan at this time I would like someone who can travel to the home and to the hospital
Engorged and need help, baby will only latch for a little
I have had recurrent mastitis so I want someone to help me to prevent this from happening again. My baby also doesn't want to be put down to sleep at all so I want help with sleep.
I am currently 22 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. When I had my son 5 years ago, my milk did not come in on time. It was about 1.5 weeks later and at that point, I did not breast feed. I would like to breastfeed with this baby but do not know anything about breastfeeding, what is needed, or what to do to provide the most milk as possibly needed. I am giving birth at Penn Hospital on Spruce St. I am looking to pay for these services ideally through my insurance, Keystone First, if possible.
I plan to have a hospital birth, iv heard that this services can be covered by my health insurance I have a low income. I plan to have an epidural during labor I would like avoid unnecessary things such as patocine during labor sense iv learned that this is bad for the baby during labor if I don’t need it. I want to trust my own body to do the labor/ delivery process, I would like to be more educated and confident during my labor and have someone to advocate for me. I would like to use natural alternatives to help smoother labor experience.

My baby is eight weeks and I am exclusively breast-feeding trying to be in a bottle feedings so that when I go back to work, my baby can take bottles. I am having a hard time leaning him two bottles and also noticing a cooking noise with my baby sucks my nipple, or even on the bottle. I also noticed that he takes in a lot of air and has a lot of gas and would like to see if you could check with his latch.
