About me

I am to provide holistic, heart- centered postpartum care that promotes wellness, emotional helping and family connection. My mission is to empower mothers and families with the tools to transition smoothly into the postpartum space while prioritizing mental, emotional and physical health. Today, with over 8 years within the caregiving space experience and a certification as a postpartum doula, I am passionate about offering holistic support for mothers and families during this sacred period of transition.

Service introduction

Postpartum can be and feel overwhelming so that’s where I step in mama. I do a variety of services from help you fold babies clothes, light house cleaning, watching baby while you nap, be a listening ear and/or make you a meal or help prep a meal/meals for you to have.
