I want to give birth naturally. Unmediated. I will be giving birth at OSU. Right now I currently haven’t created my birth plan since I still have some time to go. But giving birth without epidural and as painless as possible is the main goal.

Home birth. No budget at the moment but there is time to figure out a low cost. Medicaid billing only. Non medicated, naturally managed pain relief. Massage, counter pressure, peanut ball, yoga ball, tennis ball, support person keeping steady count out loud for me to focus on while going through contractions near the end. No cord cutting until mother says so- extended time needed. No pulling on cord as the placenta is being delivered. Doppler use for checking babies heart while in labor. Free movement necessary for pain management. Baby is to recieve no eye ointment, no vaccines, and remain in mother's arms for immediate bonding. No blood sugar testing. Breastfeeding as soon as the baby is ready, on demand. Frequent sessions on breastfeeding expected and given.

Due to 3 horrible birthing experiences I have decided im wanting to stay home where im most comfortable with a professionals assistance in a home water birth. I would like to have a home water birth, unmedicated, I am currently unsure of my budget, this is my first child so I’m not sure how much these things usually cost, but I do know my budget would be lower. For my birth I want minimal intervention and I want to do it as naturally as possible. I would like to have a water birth or have a birth pool present as an option! I want to be able to move around and eat while in labor and when baby gets here I want delayed cord clamping until the cord is white and stops pulsing. Those are the most important things. Also, we have Christian values and it would be a plus if our midwife did as well but it’s not a requirement.

I would like to do a home birth and then go to the hospital after I would like a nice atmosphere that calm and relaxed.
