I am unsure where I want to give birth. My budget is preferably $150/month. I need help creating a birth plan. I have no specific provider requirements.

I want to have a natural birth in the hospital. I am using medicare for a provider. I would want dim lighting and to be able to move freely if needed. IV strictly if necessary. Meditative music (possibly). Use natural techniques for pain relief. Non evasive fetal monitoring. Allow labor to progress free of time limits and strictly if necessary- last resort augmented labor. Push instinctively. Avoid Episiotomy. Lotus Birth or wait till cord is white. Partner will cut the cord. Partner or I will rub vernix into baby’s skin. Skin-to-skin with me and partner. If a boy- 3rd day circumcision. No immediate vaccines or blood drawn for baby. Combination of breast and bottle feeding.

Where do you plan to give birth? Northside Hospital. Estimated budget: No set budget. I plan to use my Aetna Medicaid insurance to cover my maternity care and delivery. Birth plan: I am new to learning about birth plans, so I do not have a detailed one yet. My goal is to have a safe hospital delivery for myself and my baby. We are expecting our first baby with an estimated due date of November 17, 2026. We plan to deliver at a hospital in the Atlanta area. We are looking for an experienced Mandarin-speaking birth doula who can provide labor support, hospital advocacy, emotional support, comfort measures, and breastfeeding guidance. My wife is more comfortable communicating in Mandarin Chinese, so bilingual support is very important. We are planning for a vaginal delivery with epidural pain management if needed, but we are open to medical recommendations. We would appreciate support during labor, delivery, and the first few hours postpartum. We prefer a certified doula with several years of experience supporting first-time parents. We are also interested in learning whether any services may be eligible for reimbursement through Aetna insurance.

First birth, Have been going to Emory hospital of Decatur, Low risk pregnancy, 13 weeks along so far. I am okay with giving birth at a hospital, but dont want to be in the standard position and I dont want medication. we have tricare humana east.
