The experience was life changing and nothing short of amazing. The love and support provided by my Midwife and Doula allowed my body to take control and birth a beautiful baby girl. Yemaya was born at home in the water on my own terms. With the knowledgel have gained through training and experience have supported, advocated for, encouraged and provided emotional support during hospital deliveries including successful VBACS. The term VBAC is an acronym for Vaginal Birth after Cesarean. to educate and instill confidence while creating a safe space for all birthing parents. My goal is to provide evidence based information to bring custom tailored support to every individual no matter where they are in their process.

I’m currently based just outside of Athens and offer a travel option for families exceeding 2 hours from me. I myself was high risk from A subchorionic hematoma that led to premature birth. Unfortunately this ended in the loss of my son, therefore I know all too well the hardships of the NICU. This is why I’d love to offer the extra care for those in need.
