Birth & Postpartum Doula
Mc Donough, Georgia
About me

I am a Traditional Ancestral Birth Doula rooted in lineage, faith, and community care. Birth is not just a moment in time, it is a sacred transition, and every birthing person deserves to feel seen, protected, and supported through it. Trained through Divine Hands Doula School, I provide culturally rooted and spiritually grounded care while honoring each family’s unique journey. As a mother of three, I understand birth from lived experience, not just education. I support families emotionally, physically, and informationally, offering comfort, advocacy, and reassurance in both hospital and community settings. Through Generations in Bloom Doula Care, my mission is to restore trust in birth, uplift ancestral wisdom, and help families bloom confidently into parenthood.

Service introduction

I offer non-medical emotional, physical, and informational support to individuals and families throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period. As a Traditional Ancestral Birth Doula trained through Divine Hands Doula School and certified in Adult & Infant CPR, my care is culturally rooted, spiritually grounded, and evidence-informed. I support clients with comfort measures, birth plan guidance, advocacy support, and continuous presence during labor and birth, helping families feel confident, heard, and supported in their chosen birth setting. Through Generations in Bloom Doula Care, my approach honors birth as a sacred rite of passage while respecting each family’s unique needs, beliefs, and preferences. I work collaboratively with healthcare providers, stay within a non-medical scope of practice, and focus on creating a calm, affirming environment where families feel empowered and cared for before, during, and after birth.
