About me

As a full-spectrum doula, I see birth as more than a physical event—it’s a transformative rite of passage. My care is rooted in mindfulness, education, and spiritual wisdom, creating space for clients to slow down, tune in, and trust their bodies. I support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—through breathwork, affirmations, and grounded presence. Whether during pregnancy, labor, or postpartum, I help clients move through each phase with clarity and calm.

• In-home visits focused on newborn care, feeding support (breast/chest/bottle), and recovery guidance • Emotional support and space to process your birth story • Light household help (meals, tidying, laundry) so you can focus on bonding with your baby • Resources and referrals for mental health, lactation, and community support • Flexible packages ranging from 6–12 hours of support (daytime or evening visits) • Ongoing text/phone support during the early weeks of postpartum

• 3 prenatal visits to prepare for birth, discuss preferences, and practice comfort measures. • Labor prep check-in call •Emotional, physical, and advocacy support throughout labor. • Continuous labor & birth support (in-person) •Postpartum wellness call • 1 postpartum follow-up visit to check-in, process your birth story, and offer newborn care guidance • Ongoing text/phone support during pregnancy & early postpartum

• 3 prenatal visits to prepare for birth, create a birth plan, practice comfort measures, and discuss postpartum planning • Continuous labor & birth support (in-person, from active labor through the first hours after birth) • Advocacy and emotional support to help you feel confident and heard during your birthing experience • Comfort techniques: positioning, breathing, massage, and partner support guidance • 2 postpartum visits to check in on recovery, process your birth story, support feeding, and offer newborn care guidance • Ongoing text/phone support during pregnancy and early postpartum.
