As a full-spectrum doula, I see birth as more than a physical event. It is a sacred and transformative rite of passage. My care is rooted in faith, mindfulness, education, and spiritual wisdom, creating space for clients to slow down, tune in, and trust the bodies God has given them. I support the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, through breathwork, affirmations, prayer, and grounded presence.
