I'm new to this whole process so am not sure exactly what I'll be needing and am mostly just curious if my insurance covers any doula care. No requirement for second language spoken but I speak Spanish fluently and some Mandarin. My son is 3 weeks old and is currently exclusively breast fed. I’m interested in help with meal prep/cooking, laundry, and minimal cleaning around the house. I need more sleep during the day and would like baby care while I take a nap or two.
