We found Helena through word of mouth, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was SO nervous going into sleep training. The more I thought about it, the more I started second guessing whether I could actually go through with it, especially because I was the first person in my family to try something like this. But with both my husband and me returning to work after our parental leaves, we knew getting our baby into a better sleep routine would be beneficial for our entire family. From the moment Helena came into our home, she made us feel so comfortable. She is incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable, and she answered every single question we had without ever making us feel silly for asking. She genuinely put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. It sounds a little wild even saying this now, but it really only took her about TWO DAYS to sleep train our baby! She came back the third night just to make sure she really had it down, which made us feel even more confident moving forward on our own. Our baby is breastfed, and I truly never thought we’d get to a point where she would be sleeping through the night this quickly. I’m still amazed by how fast she learned, and I really credit Helena’s gentle approach and how well she guided both our baby and us as parents through the process. My husband and I seriously cannot stop raving about her to our families. The difference this has made for us has been incredible, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Helena to any new parents who are considering sleep training but might be nervous or unsure about taking that step. She is truly the best, and we’re so grateful we found her! 🩷

Helena has been such a blessing for our family! She started with our family when we had our first baby in 2023. She took such great care of him and is very gentle and kind. We just recently had our second child and she helped us with him when he was born as well. She is very educated when it comes to all things baby related. She was great with feedings, washing bottles/pump parts, bedtime/naptime routines, and all snuggles too! Absolutely! Here it is: Helena started working with my family when my son was about 3 months old. He’s now almost 1 year old and we still love and have Helena in our lives today. Helena was my night doula in the early months of having to pump and take care of my son. She helped wash bottles, organized his toys/play area, gave me lots of advice and tips all the way through each stage. At 7 months I decided to have Helena come back and sleep train my son, it was amazing he went from waking up 2-3x a night to eat to sleeping through the night. She explained her process and it worked beautifully. Since then we have referred her to family and friends in similar situations and they have all good things to say as well.
