I specialize in overnight care so new parents can rest, allowing them to be more present during the day. Resting, recovering and waking up knowing your baby was in experienced, nurturing hands. Teaching new parents all the tips and secret tricks to set your newborn up for a solid nighttime routine. I enjoy helping families establish a soiled night schedule, making the days enjoyable and memorable.

After retiring from a long career of working with children and families, I became a professional doula. I wanted to support and nurture birthing persons during this sacred time of their lives. I wanted to offer sacred holistic services to them, youth, and communities by partnering with them as they learn more about holistic reproductive wellness. I also wanted to educate them about the importance of preventive reproductive health care, maternal health justice, trauma-informed quality childcare, equity and advocacy, childbirth education and basic lactation support through coaching, training, and mentoring not only birthing persons but the community and new doulas. They were both very different births but what helped me survive was the birthing team I chose and the village around me when I returned home and encourage those, I serve to embrace their community and build their village. ​ I am also a Childbirth Educator, an author, singer/songwriter, a Master of Ceremony and a speaker. I am a birth justice advocate that believes birth work is justice work and there is no way to separate one from the other!
