My name is Renee and I am a dedicated professional with a diverse background in early childhood education and healthcare. As a certified postpartum doula, medical assistant, and soon-to-be registered behavior technician, I bring a comprehensive skill set to my work. After six years teaching preschool, I transitioned into the medical field during the pandemic. Currently, I work in a family medicine/OBGYN department, focusing on supporting families in a smooth, healthy transition into parenthood. Tidal Waves

8 weeks postpartum care which includes daytime and overnight newborn care, evidence-based education and practices, light household supports (includes light chores and meal prep), lactation education and support, and sibling care (if applicable). Weeks 1-4: 1 daytime sessions PLUS 1 overnight session (10pm-6am) Weeks: 5-7: 2 overnight sessions Week 8: one daytime session
