I am a certified birth and postpartum doula and helping mothers bring life into the world truly is my passion. Specializing in postpartum and childbirth education, with over 17 years of nursing experience, I am dedicated to supporting and educating families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I have two children of my own and enjoy spending time outdoors and with family.

Anu Birth Doula Care was created out of a need to provide expectant mothers with the prenatal and postpartum support they deserved, but lacked. My own traumatic birth experience drives my passion where I support and guide families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum helping them navigate challenges with empathy and expertise.
