About me

Hello! I’m Kerynn, and I’m a Certified Birth and Postpartum doula serving the greater Sacramento area. I became a doula in 2019 after the birth of my son, and soon I realized how passionate I am about supporting families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenthood. Often we have a lack of community, and the village everyone talks about doesn’t exist for many. Doulas help, and I’m honored to support new families during such an important time.

Service introduction

I provide doula services for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I also am a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CLC) and lactation consultant assistant (LCA) and can help with common breastfeeding challenges. I provide help and support before pregnancy as a fertility doula as well, and offer support with handmade herbal products that I gift to all my clients.

Support through pregnancy, birth, and a postpartum visit. -2 prenatal visits -phone support -on call at 38 weeks -attendance at birth -postpartum visit

Postpartum Doula Package
24 hours of postpartum support. Hands on help in home with newborn care, mom recovery and mood, light housework and meal preparation, and more. Hours can be used towards day shifts (3hr minimum per shift) or night shifts (8 hours per shift).
