This package includes 2 prenatal visits + on-call labor and birth support + 2 postpartum healing sessions with a traditional hip sealing ceremony as the final visit. Prenatals cover rebozo techniques + comfort measures for labor, birth plan preparation, stages of labor, natural and clinical stimulation and relief education and practice, coaching for pushing and birth, support around worries and fears, newborn care and breastfeeding education, herbal recommendations and more! (2-3hrs each) On-call support begins at 38 weeks and continues until you birth. You will receive continuous companionship and support through your labor at home, birth center, and or hospital; presence during birth and first couple of hours postpartum until all parties are stable and comfortable; support with postpartum transition, newborn care, and latching; optional photography of any stage of the process with your device of choice First postpartum visit is scheduled within the first week of giving birth. It can include space for processing birth; support with newborn care, latching and breastfeeding; herbal recommendations; abdominal massage; and belly wrapping with education for partner to learn how to re-wrap (2hr) Final postpartum session will be the Traditional Hip Sealing Ceremony/ Cerrada de Caderas scheduled around 6 weeks postpartum. It includes an herbal bath or steam with guided meditation, energetic cleansing, belly and body massage, & wrapping, rocking, and sealing with rebozos (2.5-3hrs)
