Hi there! My name is Emily Kilar MS, CNS, LDN, CLC. I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist ® and Lactation Counselor who specializes in women's health & pediatrics. My clinical interests include thyroid disorders, preconception care, fertility, pregnancy, lactation maternal mental health & infant & pediatric feeding. I take a comprehensive and personalized approach to nutrition counseling, guiding each woman and child based on their bio individuality, health history, and health goals. Can you order lab testing?

My preference is to have clients obtain labs from their physician. However, I can order serum lab testing through a 3rd party lab (Lab Corp)

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept commercial insurances. However, I can accept HSA/FSA for nutrition services, labs and supplements. All clients should contact their health insurance provider to determine if they qualify and learn more about eligibility requirements.
