About me

I am a Christian Functional Midwife serving birth in the home setting through the Mid-Ohio Valley and surrounding areas, including multiple Amish & Mennonite communities. I provide care through a Private Health Ministry which allows me to serve families the way they need and desire, through mutual and informed decision making. I have a holistic herbal and traditional approach to midwifery support with a focus in life-long health through Functional Wellness, pre-conception fertility balancing, and advanced midwifery skills. One of the most beautiful transformations to witness is a family that desires loving support, is ready to implement information shared, and experiences the deep impact that accepting autonomous responsibility has on the spiritual journey. I led perinatal education classes as well as a Breastfeeding & Birth Support group in the MOV for over 10 years while occasionally providing doula services prior to transitioning to midwifery care in 2018. I have attended over 200 births; over 150 as the primary midwife since 2020.
