I chose Northpointe for my birth experience because I was looking for personal care that supported me in embracing my body’s wisdom, yet was knowledgeable in determining if more medical intervention was needed. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind and supportive. We felt informed in our choices and taken care of throughout pregnancy, birth, and postnatal care. The midwives reminded me of my strength during times when I doubted myself. We felt seen and heard during our time at Northpointe. During birth, staff anticipated needs I didn’t even realize I had, and they did what they could to give me moments of comfort. I highly recommend this center for those who are looking into experiencing a vaginal birth without medication.

The whole staff of NorthPointe are absolutely amazing. Cami is an absolute rockstar, and helped when I was anxious about my baby before he was born. She will calm you down and give wonderful tips to help in the long run. Jamie and Claire were amazing each and every appointment. They talked me through everything that could happen both with the center and if the hospital came into play. Maggie is also a wonderful educator and will help you feel so prepared for possibilities to help you feel at peace and in control. A final shout out Ms Ellie is so sweet supportive and welcoming at the start and end of every visit. This whole team will make you comfortable and they will care for you and your sweet baby even if, like in my case, you are unable to give birth with them and only end up doing prenatal and post partum care. 10/10 will come again!!! Wow what an amazing experience with this birth center. The best healthcare I’ve ever received by far. It’s evident that all of the staff here actually want to be here, they truly listen, look you in the eye, never dismiss you, and do not rush you at all during appointments. As a first time mom who wanted an unmedicated, physiological , and undisturbed birth experience, that was exactly what I got thanks to the support of these women and care providers. Cammy and Megan and Allison assisted me in my birth, supported and encouraged me when I felt weak and scared, and helped me feel empowered during the most vulnerable moment of my life. Jamie and Claire are incredible too, I saw them for many prenatal and postpartum appointments. Jamie answered my call kindly and patiently in the middle of the night when I was in early labor and unsure of what to do. I cannot recommend Northpointe enough, it doesn’t compare at all to a hospital experience, it’s closer to a spa, and being able to relax is such an important part of birth! Now being 5 months out from birth, I just attended a new mom’s circle they are going to start hosting once a month (Maggie is so kind and sweet too!) which was so uplifting during this challenging time. So amazing to continue to feel supported even after birth. Cammy even handmade a hat for my newborn 😭 Thank you so much to everyone at Northpointe!!!

After two medicated hospital births birth, choosing Northpoint Birth Center was the best decision I could have made! My water birth there was nothing short of amazing. The entire staff felt like family. Very warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in my well‑being. The atmosphere was peaceful, beautiful, and so calming that it completely transformed the way I experienced labor. When complications arose, they were incredibly proactive and reassuring. I never once felt afraid or alone. Their confidence and care made all the difference. It was truly the birth experience I had prayed for. It was empowering, supported, and deeply meaningful. I’m forever grateful for the team at Northpointe and the way they held space for me and my baby. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a more personal, gentle, and comforting birth experience.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at NorthPointe. From the very first visit, I felt genuinely cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. The relationships I built with the midwives and nurses were truly special; they took the time to get to know me, listen to my concerns, and walk me through every part of the process with patience and compassion. The entire team is incredibly organized and detail-oriented, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Every appointment, every step leading up to birth, and even the postpartum follow-up was handled with so much care and professionalism. I always knew what to expect and felt completely supported. Having had a medicated hospital birth before, I can honestly say this experience was night and day. The environment at NorthPoint allowed me to fully trust my body and embrace a natural birth in a calm, empowering way. The team made me feel safe and confident the entire time, and their encouragement helped me achieve the birth experience I had always hoped for. (And if you’re on the fence still, in my experience, a natural birth here was 10x better than a medicated one at a hospital, you can totally do this mama!) If you’re a mom considering a natural birth—especially if you’ve had a different experience in the past—I cannot recommend them enough. The warmth, expertise, and sense of community here are unmatched. This place and these people are truly a gift!

As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I knew I wanted to give birth at NorthPointe Birth Center. I wasn't disappointed! My birth experience was positive not only for myself, but for my family as well! The staff created such a welcoming atmosphere. I always appreciated being offered water and a snack every visit. My toddler was welcome at all appointments and was able to attend the birth. (Thank you to nurse Megan for always making my toddler feel special!) I always felt respected. Appointments ran the lengh of time listed in the Clinet Portal. Both midwives were so knowledgeable and empowering! Available options were discussed, but I never felt pressured or forced into any decision. Midwife Jamie would recommend different stretches to help baby achieve optimal position for birth and relieve discomfort. Melissa from billing was friendly and helpful with all my billing and insurance inquiries. I truly can't recommend NorthPointe Birth Center enough!

I had the privilege of receiving prenatal care and delivering my fifth at northepoint birth center. From my first phone call speaking with Maggie and through every appointment, the entire staff of nurses and midwives were simultaneously professional and so personable, warm and welcoming, genuine and kind. Honestly, they were all just insanely cool also. I left each appointment in a state of shock of how incredibly pleasant a prenatal appt could be and found myself looking forward to the next. Every question was answered, every phone call and message was quickly returned, and every concern was met with care AND a follow up. With Jamie, Cammy, Allison, and Ericas medical expertise, I knew my care and my baby’s care was in good hands. I look forward to when I am pregnant again to once receive the phenomenal care!! My upmost respect and gratitude to the entire staff.

I chose NorthPointe Birth Center for my 4th pregnancy, and I was blown away by how comfortable the atmosphere is and the kindness from each nurse & midwife. My family was able to be with me during labor and delivery, which was a huge plus for me. The difference between a hospital environment and the birth center was like night and day- it’s so calm here, no one tries to force anything on you or surprise you with undiscussed interventions, which was much different from my experience with hospital birth. I really loved getting to know everyone from NorthPointe and so did my kiddos who tagged along to most appointments. I have already been recommending the birth center to all the mamas I know! Northpointe Birth Center is the most welcoming and comfortable atmosphere! You feel like the number one priority. The nurses and midwives truly care about your time there. I always looked forward to my appointments, and was so blessed to be able to birth here! My toddler loved coming with me and often talks about it. My midwife was Cammy and she was so great: always taking the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. You never feel rushed at appointments or pressured to do something you’re uncomfortable with. It’s also such a beautiful location and the rooms are so cozy. Can’t recommend them enough!

I am a huge fan of NorthPointe! I had an unmedicated hospital birth with our first and when NorthPointe opened shortly before we found out we were pregnant with our second, we knew we wanted to have our second baby there. Jamie was so awesome during my prenatal visits. She never made me feel rushed, always explained everything in detail, and I learned so much from her. I brought my toddler with me for most of my appointments and the staff were so sweet to him. I loved getting to know the staff throughout the whole pregnancy because it made the birth and postpartum experience so much more personal! Their approach to the birthing process is holistic and honors the way God designed the women's body to birth. I didn't even need a birth plan because all my preferences were already part of their normal protocol. Cammy was on call for the birth and her and Allison were so encouraging, helpful and reassuring! They gave us lots of time to bond and enjoy our baby instead of whisking her away to do tests. And we got to go home 5 hours after she was born! The postpartum care was great. I messaged by midwife with a nursing question at 4am our first night home and she responded right away. I loved getting to have a 5-day postpartum appointment (instead of just the traditional 6 weeks) and getting help with some of the early days of nursing and physical recovery. Both midwives gave us hats for our baby that they had each made by hand! I really was sad after my last appointment because I have grown to love these kind ladies! Every mom wants to feel supported and cared for while having a baby, and NorthPointe did that so well.

Where do I even begin? Words can't fully capture the depth of gratitude I have for Jamie, our midwife, and the entire team at NorthPointe Birthing Center. I mean, who else can say their midwife knitted a newborn hat and baked cookies while they were in labor? Yes, you read that right—cookies! If Jamie isn't secretly a fairy godmother, I don't know who is. I switched from a traditional hospital setting at 27 weeks, and while my doctor was amazing, something just felt… off. Like a puzzle piece was missing. Enter NorthPointe, where I immediately felt at peace. I knew this was where I wanted my son to come into the world—surrounded by care, warmth, and a feeling of being truly special. And trust me, the experience was nothing like the movies (though, spoiler alert: no dramatic water-breaking scenes!). Labor wasn't easy or pain-free (as much as we wish it were), but I felt safe and fully supported every step of the way. Jamie and the whole team did everything they could to make the journey of labor an experience to cherish. My husband was able to be so involved in the process, which made me fall even more in love with him that day. Yes, labor is tough, but the support and love made it a beautiful experience—so much so that thinking about it still brings me to tears of joy, even 6 weeks postpartum. And the facility? It’s like stepping into a cozy, welcoming haven. Maggie greets you at the door with the biggest, warmest smile, making you feel like you’re walking into a second home. The nurses—shout out to Claire, who was handling her first labor with us—were nothing short of incredible, knowledgeable, and compassionate. To Jamie, Claire, Maggie, and everyone at NorthPointe, I will always be eternally grateful. Thank you for making my first birth experience nothing short of magical. If you're on the fence about choosing a birthing center, let me just say: there's no place like NorthPointe. I wouldn't change a single thing. 🍼💙

I had a very traumatic experience with my first birth, when I got pregnant with my second child I was having panic attacks about how I could make it different from my previous hospital birth. I started researching, and calling multiple places to see if my state insurance would cover anything other then the traditional hospital birth. I found Northpointe and immediately I wasn’t alone in my search, they had someone look into my insurance for me, told me exactly what I had to do, and explained every step of the way. The process of getting in was so easy, and the small amount of staff really personalized my experience. I shared my horror story with them, and greatly appreciate the kind of service they provide. Even when I thought there was a problem their financial advisor kept telling me not to worry, that’s it’s her job to figure it out, and for me to relax and just worry about my baby. I can’t imagine how stressed and scared I’d be without this group of people I’m so so thankful for them!!!
