The first one we meet and get to know each other. We talk about your pregnancy,baby,health and answer any questions you may have. The second visit we create your birth plan, talk about your upcoming birth and how I can best advocate for you. The third visit is to go over coping mechanisms during labor. Ways to handle early labor through Birth. We finalize your birth plan here. I will discuss how I will help and how we can have your partner play a major role also! We will go over how labor May go and create a plan for your postpartum! Then when you are in labor and feel you need me,I come to you and labor with you at home. I help you with pain management,labor progression and holding space. when it’s time to head in to the hospital, I follow you and labor with you there. I use various techniques to help you. TENS machine,essential oils, acupressure, and an assortment of other things. I stay through birth and make sure you and baby are doing well and breastfeeding has started. Then I usually do a follow up visit on day 3 to help with lactation or anything else you may need. Birth Doula and postpartum support: This is a combination of the above and 5 further visits to helps with lactation,baby feed and weigh ins, Simple home chores, errand running, I usually will bring a meal or cook one in home, it’s your time. Run and grab a coffee.. or sleep! :) - [ ] Both packages come with 6 months of lactation support and on call/ text/ availability 24/7 Birth package with Montrice service is all of the above plus the monitoring of baby and you while laboring at home. This is for the mama who wants to stay home until the very end and make it in at 7-9cm. I usually ask for a good faith deposit to hold your space and then you can take your time paying up until the 36th week! My Birth package with 3 meetings,birth and 2 postpartum is 2000. My Birth package with 3 visits, birth, 2 postpartum visits and Montrice services is 2500. My birth package with 3 prenatal visits, the birth And 5 postpartum visits is 3000. I do extra blocks of 4 hours for 200.
