I offer one-on-one consultations in person at your home or via telehealth. You can also come to one of my classes to learn more about breastfeeding before baby comes.

Lactation Counseling
One-on-one session to answer your breastfeeding questions or troubleshoot issues you might be having. This visit can be in home or virtual. Office visits should be available starting October 2026.

Prepare to Breastfeed Class
A 90 minute class covering the basics of making milk and feeding it to baby. Every class comes with a 20 minute follow up to cover any questions you may have afterward.

Postpartum Planning Workshop
Put together a vision for taking care of yourself and your baby in the first few weeks. Leave with a written plan and friends that could last a lifetime!
