About Eriga

My name is Eriga Otagba, and I am a postpartum doula with a background in Kinesiology. I graduated from the University of Houston (UH), where I developed a deep understanding of the human body and movement. My passion is to support new mothers and families during the postpartum period, offering physical, emotional, and educational guidance. I strive to provide compassionate care, ensuring a smooth transition for families as they welcome their new additions. I am dedicated to helping parents feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Hi, I'm Eriga Otagba, Certified Postpartum Doula With a deep passion for supporting women through the beautiful and transformative journey of motherhood. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Houston, which allows me to provide a holistic approach to your postpartum care, focusing on both physical recovery and emotional well-being. As a Christian, my faith is central to my work. I’m inspired by Psalm 127:3: “Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him.” This verse reminds me of the incredible value of motherhood, and I’m honored to walk alongside families as they embrace the reward and joy of raising their children. In addition to emotional support and newborn care, I also incorporate gentle exercise and stretching into the postpartum period to help restore your body, alleviate tension, and promote overall healing. Eriga was so great from the start! My wife always said she wanted a doula so I decided to get her one as a surprise. Eriga came in and made everything so much easier for my wife and it was truly a fun experience! I would recommend anyone to use her as a doula
