I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education and am dedicated to providing specialized support during and after birth, ensuring families have a safe and positive experience for both parents and the baby. Hi, I’m Dayane Lima, a Full Spectrum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and Sleep Consultant dedicated to supporting families through every stage of their journey. As a Doula, I provide comprehensive prenatal education and personalized childbirth classes for expecting parents, ensuring you feel informed, confident, and ready for birth and beyond. As a Newborn Care Specialist, I work with families for extended periods, typically 12 weeks, to help establish healthy routines, put your baby on a solid schedule, and gently guide them toward sleeping through the night. And as a Sleep Consultant, I offer both online consultations to address your child’s sleep challenges or in-person sleep training to help your family get the restful nights you deserve. Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating the newborn stage, or addressing sleep struggles, I’m here to provide expert guidance and hands-on support tailored to your unique needs.
