Preparing for the arrival of a baby is vulnerable, emotional, real and raw. And each person envisions that journey a little differently. So I'm here to meet you where you’re at. With a decade of experience working as a birth doula and years of continuing education and workshops, my classes combine the evidence and science of childbirth with the soul and magic of what it is to bring life into the world.
