About the class
Learn the FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management) method in this structured 3-session foundation series, designed to give you a real, working understanding of your cycle — not just an app or a chart. This series is for you if you're: - Trying to conceive and want to understand your fertile window with precision - Avoiding pregnancy naturally and want a method backed by real physiological literacy - Postpartum and navigating the return of your cycle and lactational amenorrhea - Simply tired of guessing and want to actually understand your own body What's included: - 3 live instructional sessions covering the full FEMM foundation curriculum - Group office hours to ask questions as you start applying what you learn - A framework you'll use for the rest of your reproductive life — not a one-time class Have a more complex cycle history (PCOS, coming off hormonal birth control, irregular cycles, postpartum irregularity) or prefer more individualized support? Additional support tracks are available at https://www.heraforwomen.com/the-menstrual-cycle Space is limited to keep the group format personal. Enroll early to secure your spot in the next cohort! About the provider
Leah Temple
I’m a fertility and birth doula offering evidence-based, compassionate support from conception through birth. As a fertility doula, I specialize in medically assisted conception, including IUI, IVF, and surrogacy. I support intended parents through the emotional, physical, and logistical complexities of treatment-helping you understand medications, timelines, and decision points so you feel informed and grounded throughout the process. As a birth doula, I support families no matter how their pregnancy was achieved. I work collaboratively alongside your medical providers to complement clinical care, while centering physiological birth and informed decision-making. My role is to help you understand your options, advocate for yourself, and feel calm, confident, and supported during labor and birth.
