I am giving birth in a hospital I am not sure what my budget is yet I want to give birth with minimal medical interventions

I'm planning an unmedicated home birth with minimal intervention, with a budget of 3000$. I'm 33 and this will be my second vaginal birth.

I am planning on having my baby at a hospital. I am hoping my insurance covers the services. I would like an unmedicated birth, with all the benefits for my baby after so no delayed cord clamping, etc.
