Please Let us know if you have availabilities and hour rates. We are looking for a reliable and experienced postpartum doula or newborn caregiver to help our family in Seattle. Schedule - A few afternoons per week, ideally 3–4 days - Approximately 4 hours per visit - Exact days and hours are flexible and can be discussed Main responsibilities - Help care for our newborn baby, including feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, and putting the baby down for naps - Give the parents time to rest or take care of other things - Prepare one simple and healthy dinner for three adults - Light baby-related housekeeping, such as washing bottles and tidying the baby’s area Experience caring for newborns is required. We would especially appreciate someone who can cook Chinese food or is familiar with Chinese postpartum meals.

I hope to give birth in a birth center (still looking into one), out of pocket budget for a doula and potentially chiropractor/pelvic floor specialist is ideally no more than $2-4k. Would love a certified doula who has multiple years of experience (as well as certified chiropractor and pelvic floor specialist if my budget/insurance allows), English as primary language. This is my second pregnancy and I am 20 weeks, I am late in the game to look for these specialists because I am just now deciding against a hospital birth this time around. I am 25 years old, mother to a 14 month old, and a devoted Christian (would love a Christian doula). I am not seeking any other help besides a birth doula and other physical specialists if feasible.

Post Partum doula for 4 days after birth to help take care of baby and mom

I am looking for a birth doula for a first time mother, I will be attempting to give birth in a hospital (preferably a baby friendly hospital in Kirkland, to promote breastfeeding) but i want to avoid medications and surgeries if possible. I dont have a set budget, I will be saving for this during the next few months and asking my family for assistance if they have anything to help. I am 27, this would be my first birth and I am epileptic (currently medication controlled but still a risk) I dont think I could afford any other services or aid unless it is out of the goodness of your heart.

I plan to give birth at st Micheal’s in Silverdale. I am a high risk pregnancy, looking for emotional help and guidance. I have a 1 year old and the birth was traumatic. I plan to give birth in a hospital. I’m military but I want civilian doctors. My birth plan is that I don’t want an epidural unless I truly need it. I want it to be the last resort. I don’t mind pitocin. I want my golden hour. 30 minutes for me and 30 for dad. I don’t want a catheter unless needed. I don’t want to bathe baby until later. I want delayed cord clamping. I want to labor at home for as long as possible.

I plan to give birth in my home, and have a water tub available. I do not have a budget. I want my birth to be in my living room, with a warm tub of water available. I want to be able to go into any position I feel is needed. I would like delayed cord clamping, and no vaccines or shots of any sorts after baby is born, and to keep the vernix caseosa on after birth for at least 24 hours. I would like my husband to be there, and possibly my mother, along with a midwife and a doula. I would like some music, and support from everyone in the room. if a medical emergency were to happen, there is a fire station across the street, and hospital is 10-15 minutes away. This is my first pregnancy, and I would love a happy and safe home birth. I am still actively researching.
