first baby, planning a hospital birth in San Jose, CA. I'd love some training/tips and prep for birth as well as for my husband and I so we are more prepared to handle a new born. At hospital I'm looking for advice as to when to start epidural for quickest/easiest experience and prep for any other decisions we may need to make while there.
