Hi, I'm Fey! I'm a Certified Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and Certified Lactation Educator serving families throughout the Bay Area. I created Blue Hour Care because I believe every family deserves a village—even when theirs lives far away. My goal is to provide calm, knowledgeable, and personalized support so you can feel confident as you adjust to life with your new baby. My approach is warm, evidence-based, and completely judgment-free. Every family is different, and I don't believe in one-size-fits-all care. Whether you need overnight newborn support, breastfeeding guidance, emotional reassurance, or simply someone to help you rest, I'm here to meet you where you are. As someone who is also on my own journey to motherhood, I have a special place in my heart for supporting solo parents by choice and families of all backgrounds. I strive to create a space where parents feel heard, supported, and empowered during one of life's biggest transitions. I offer overnight and daytime postpartum support, newborn care, lactation education, and virtual consultations. I'd be honored to be part of your village during the early days of parenthood.

Night Doula Services

Overnight postpartum support is designed to help your family rest while your baby receives attentive, nurturing care. Services include newborn care, feeding support (breastfeeding or bottle feeding), diaper changes, soothing, establishing healthy sleep habits, light baby-related tasks such as washing bottles and pump parts, and breastfeeding education as needed. My goal is to provide restful nights, expert guidance, and peace of mind during the early weeks with your baby. Minimum: 8 hours shifts

$75 USD · Per hour

Daytime Newborn Care

Daytime postpartum support is tailored to your family's unique needs and can include newborn care, breastfeeding support, education on newborn behavior and development, emotional support, light baby-related household tasks, and practical guidance as you build confidence in caring for your baby. Whether you need an extra set of hands, time to rest, or reassurance during the transition to parenthood, I'm here to support you. Minimum: 3 hours

$65 USD · Per hour

We had such a wonderful experience with Fey at Blue Hour Care. She supported our family as an overnight postpartum doula and was incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and reliable. Having her there overnight gave us peace of mind knowing our baby was in such capable hands, while also allowing us to get much-needed rest during those early postpartum weeks.
