About me

Hi, I'm Fey! I'm a Certified Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and Certified Lactation Educator serving families throughout the Bay Area. I created Blue Hour Care because I believe every family deserves a village—even when theirs lives far away. My goal is to provide calm, knowledgeable, and personalized support so you can feel confident as you adjust to life with your new baby. My approach is warm, evidence-based, and completely judgment-free. Every family is different, and I don't believe in one-size-fits-all care. Whether you need overnight newborn support, breastfeeding guidance, emotional reassurance, or simply someone to help you rest, I'm here to meet you where you are. As someone who is also on my own journey to motherhood, I have a special place in my heart for supporting solo parents by choice and families of all backgrounds. I strive to create a space where parents feel heard, supported, and empowered during one of life's biggest transitions. I offer overnight and daytime postpartum support, newborn care, lactation education, and virtual consultations. I'd be honored to be part of your village during the early days of parenthood.
