I try to live a more holistic life style these days and after becoming aware of the pharmaceutical industry and how they operate in the US. I’m very frightened and would love to work on having a VBAC for this child. Im looking for a patient advocate who will respect my non invasive birth plan including denying vaccinations during my hospital stay, trying for a natural birth, and a calm environment. Barton South Lake Tahoe Not sure Hospital birth, no induction unless necessary

Breastfeeding/ pumping help. I have inverted/ flat nipples and can't figure out the right size flange and can't get my daughter to latch very well especially after having a bottle. I keep getting clogged milk ducts that are extremely painful in both breast. And my nipples are very sore all the time. Something is wrong and I can't figure it out. I need a care provider who can take care of me after my C-section in the hospital and then at home.

We are looking for an experienced doula (more than 3 years) who is familiar with VBACs and mothers over 40. We are looking for someone with a calm presence, that includes massage in their birthing support and is able to travel to Napa for postpartum support (lactation, meal prep if needed, newborn support). We have Kaiser which covers birth support and up to 13 hours of prenatal and postpartum support.
