My first birth was in a hospital setting and everything went great up until the last couple of hours. I thank having extra support with me could have helped tremendously. 1. I am planning on giving birth either in a hospital or a birth center. I want to have as much support during labor especially if I choose a birth center since that would be an unmedicated birth. 2. I am not sure of budget but I definitely want to stay on the lower end of the budget. 3. I really want to choose a birth center and with that I know I would want to be fully prepared for an unmedicated birth. I am very interested in hypnobirthing but am also open to other methods of pain management.
