I have been trying to exclusively breastfeed. However my left nipple is very sore and hurts to breast feed on. So I started pumping but not sure how often to pump and if I should pump both sides. Also I brought my baby to the doctor and they want me to supplement with formula because she isn’t gaining as much weight as they like. Now I am very confused about all of it. I need some help!!
