I’m here to offer support, creating a space where your feelings are valued and your experiences are heard. My journey into psychotherapy began with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Guelph, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychotherapy at McMaster University. I have experience working with vulnerable adolescents and adults, and I use various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, EFT, and IPT to create a safe and collaborative space for growth. Outside of therapy, I enjoy walks with my dogs, reading fiction, spending time with loved ones, trying new recipes, and attending spin cycle classes.
