Hi! We had a baby girl 9 days ago and are looking for possible night support in Hawthorne (Westchester). She's sleeping and feeding well, so this would be straightforward overnight care. I may have a work project starting late next week that would run 2–4 weeks. It isn't confirmed yet, so I'm looking for someone who's comfortable with a flexible start date. Would you have availability in that window? If so, what's your rate? Thanks!
I am exclusively pumping and am looking to discuss how to help maximize my supply as much as possible. Currently making about 2oz per 2 hours, and i’m 4 hours about 80mLs. I am 10 days post partum and i don’t want my supply to plateau. I am also recovering from a c-section. I am on medicaid so I am looking for a lactation consultant that takes that.
3 month old primarily breast feed has difficulty feeding on 1x bottle per day
Wanted to formula feed but then my supply came in and I decided to give it a try. I’ve pumped before so I know that part, however I cannot get him to latch properly.
Do you take Medicaid insurance? Or Healthfirst NY insurance?
12 days post c section. When pumping only producing an ounce a day. Baby is latching for 10-15 minutes. Not sure if baby is getting anything. Started supplemented with formula but want to solely be breast milk. Want to up my milk supply. Drinking lots of water and eating. Dont get why I’m only getting an ounce a day and pumping every 2-3 hours.
First baby , looking for labour support & postpartum support for breastfeeding mainly , planning to give birth in North NJ
I want to breastfeed but my baby is not doing. I want in person consultation.
Three week old with a shallow latch. Need in person help immediately. Budget around $300 for first visit
My second baby came a month early and was born on Tuesday. She is latching but I feel isn’t getting completely on the nipple and it is a bit painful. I did breast feed and pump with my first so I just need some extra support getting started again. I need someone who accepts my Aetna insurance.
First time mom, prefer natural route. Seeking any and all advice.
Sore, painful, and white nipples while exclusively pumping. Looking for immediate visit. Hoping for the visit to be covered by UHC insurance
10 week old baby is making clicking sound when feeding bottle. Refuses to eat cries themselves to sleep
First baby, will deliver at Riverview Medical center, want a unmedicated birth and to avoid pushing on my back. Need an advocate to help with sticking to my birth plan and would like to do the non active labor part at home with my doula present.
Was EBF my second baby (exclusively pumped with my first due to being unable to latch). Was born at 7lb 0.2oz. Yesterday’s pediatrician appointment he was 6lbs 10.2 oz. She said he’s gaining but not quickly enough. He’s gaining and exceeding the amount of wet and dirty diapers every day. I was absolutely crushed that she said it’s temporary that I should triple feed. I am set on EBF and do not want to pump or give formula. With my first I had a massive oversupply. I am not wanting to use an electric pump again it feels so depressing. Right now in the interim I’m using the haaka suction “pump” after he finishes at the breast and the haaka lady bugs while he eats to collect the 1.5 oz the ped wants him to have after breastfeeding.
Looking for in person help with pumping and low supply, only interested in pumping support
We can't finish breastfeeding. My daughter is 2.3 years old. Chaotic attachments, feeding at night to wake up. It doesn't accept refusals, it's impossible to distract. Gradual completion is not possible.
