I want a compassionate doula who has experience with birthing

As a new mom, I am seeking information about childbirth education, labor preparation, comfort techniques, and advocacy. Aside from physical comfort, I want emotional support during pregnancy and motherhood. Due to co-parenting, I want someone who encourages healthy communication, respects both parents' roles, and helps us work together for the child's best interests. As a new parent, I would appreciate help with newborn care, infant feeding, and postpartum recovery.

I plan on birthing in San Antonio Regional Hospital in Upland CA. I would like to have as least medical interventions as possible however while still in a hospital setting in case it is medically necessary to intervene. I would like to have a doula for supporting my husband and I in preparation for this to be possible as well as postpartum support to help me get settled in as a new mother healing from birthing. I don’t have a set budget as I am unaware of the costs that go into this. But we are willing to work towards meeting our needs. I would like to be informed of all my childbirth options, like how much is covered through my insurance, maternity leave and childcare for when I return to work. I am covered through Blue Shield Trio HMO and have a medical group called Optum Network Inland Valley.

Currently 39 weeks. First time parents in need of postpartum/night nurse care and guidance as we settle in and heal. Due date is August 13th. Still no sign of labor :(

Hospital birth. Hoping to go unmedicated. Need someone experienced with pain management and who can help my husband navigate the process. Hello! I'm a first-time mom who plans on giving birth at Cedar's Sinai, and would like to plan for a vaginal birth. I'm new to this whole process so am not sure exactly what I'll be needing and am mostly just curious if my insurance covers any doula care. My insurance is Aetna Choice POS II, and my ID number is W2834 19281.

I am planning for a VBAC at a hospital and need support for a successful VBAC. I also need postpartum care and honestly just extra hands around the house with a newborn and toddler and a dog. Postpartum meals, house work, laundry, tidying etc

A few hours of sleep, feed, change etc. not sure how much that costs.
