Hello Parents! My name is Gesille Isidro, a 28-year-old Newborn Care Specialist from Queens, New York. My mission is to provide you with peace of mind and support during the night, so you can rest easy knowing your newborn is in caring and capable hands. I bring positive energy, compassion, and expertise to ensure both you and your baby have the best experience. Trustworthiness is at the heart of my work—I handle all family information with the utmost confidentiality. As part of my care, I keep meticulous newborn logs, including: • Diaper changes (wet/dirty) • Feeding schedules • Burping routines • Gentle massages to soothe and comfort your baby Additionally, I provide regular updates on your baby’s health, mood, and overall well-being throughout the night. I ensure the nursery area is tidy and bottles are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized before I hand your newborn back to you in the morning. I have references available upon request, so you can feel confident in choosing me as your NCS. It would be an honor to care for your little one and support your family during this precious time.
