I plan on giving birth at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. I have Medicaid and would like to have a doula that is covered by it. I would love to go unmedicated for as long as I can. A few desires I have include: Saline Lock -Forearm IV in left arm -Minimal cervical checks -Delayed cord clamping -Baby does not leave the room unless ABSOLUTELY necessary -side lying or all fours while pushing -push when I feel like it as long as she is safe

I’m an older mom so someone with alot of experience is appreciated, but I value personality matching and a good fit more. I am a first time mother and plan to have a natural birth I would like help with a birthing plan

I am located in Jenkintown, and will give birth at Abington Hospital. I have had two low complication unmedicated births (7 and 5 now). Planning for a third and still have my birth plan but I am going to be 42 when I give birth this time. I am athletic and plan to exercise throughout my pregnancy and will be seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist.
