About Hailey

Hi, I’m Hailey! I’m a birth doula in training, specializing in first time parents. To me, birth is one of life's most profound experiences, and I feel so passionate about helping others navigate it with confidence, compassion, and support. My approach is rooted in my Christian faith, which inspires me to serve others with love, patience, and a deep respect for the sacredness of life. I believe every birthing person deserves to feel seen, valued, and cared for throughout their journey, and I strive to create an environment filled with peace, encouragement, and unwavering support. With a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and a blooming experience in the birth world, I have developed a deep appreciation for the many different ways a baby can enter the world. I hope to support all types of birth and help first time parents feel confident in their choices. My hope is that the families I serve walk away from their birth experience feeling deeply connected to the strength and beauty of what their bodies and hearts have accomplished. It would be an honor to be part of your story.

Hailey was seriously so encouraging through all of pregnancy, birth and even postpartum. I feel like she went out of her way to help me in ways most doulas don’t. She also was a huge advocate for what I wanted in birth, making me feel seen and understood! She is seriously so kind and you can really tell how much she loves the whole birth experience and helping others love it too!! Highly recommend her!

I cannot rave enough about Hailey’s assistance in the birth of my son. Despite the fact that her own birth experience was so different, she was so happy to adjust and learn all the different ways I could have the experience I wanted at the hospital. It was due to Hailey speaking so positively about her own labor that made me ask her to attend my son’s birth. I purposefully went into the experience with very little information, trusting my body to tell me what it needed, but Hailey was more than prepared. She regularly asked me leading up to the final days on what I felt on certain items that could come up, where I wanted her support, and overall making me feel so comfortable with everything happening. I had planned a natural to epidural birth in the hospital, but when things shifted and I ended up getting induced, Hailey was not even slightly phased. She came to the hospital with so many resources; sheets of labor positions for all types of circumstances, essential oils, even offered to paint my toes while in between contractions. Through my 33-hour labor, Hailey communicated with nurses alongside me, gave suggestions to my spouse on support, and overall just made the entire experience so comfortable. No matter what I needed, she was there. When we got into final pushing stages, she didn’t leave my side for one second- giving me encouragement, validation, and direction in how to get through those hard moments. Hailey’s commitment to me, my husband, and our baby is unmatched. I will never give birth without her there. She knows like a nurse, shows up like a friend, and loves like family. I am eternally grateful for Hailey’s service to me and my family.

Frequently asked questions

When do you get your certification as a Doula?

I will be graduating my Doula course in April 2027!

What Institution are you enrolled with?

I am currently attending Bebo Mia's Full Spectrum Doula course.

How much experience do you have?

I have experience with medicated hospital birth and natural birth!

Do I have to have Christian beliefs to hire you?

No! While I have a foundation as a Christian, we can do what makes you most comfortable. We can include Christian values or not.

What is a birth doula and how can you help me?

A birth doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. My role is to help you feel informed, confident, and cared for through encouragement, comfort measures, and advocacy for your birth preferences. I work alongside your medical team to help create a positive and supported birth experience.

Do you support all types of births?

Absolutely! I believe every birth story is beautiful and deserving of support, regardless of how your baby enters the world. Whether you are planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, a cesarean birth, or something in between, my goal is to support your choices and help you feel empowered throughout your journey.

What does your Christian approach to birth mean?

My Christian faith shapes the way I serve others, inspiring me to approach birth with love, compassion, patience, and reverence for the beauty of life. I strive to create a peaceful and encouraging environment where every family feels valued and cared for. While my faith is an important part of who I am, my support is always centered on your beliefs, values, and wishes.

Will my partner still have a role if I hire a Doula?

Absolutely! I believe a doula should complement your partner's role, not replace it. My goal is to support both of you by offering guidance, reassurance, and practical comfort techniques so your partner can feel more confident and involved throughout labor and birth.

What happens if my birth doesn't go according to plan?

Birth can be unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances change in ways we never anticipated. My role is to remain a steady, compassionate presence through those changes, helping you feel informed, supported, and cared for regardless of how your birth unfolds. A positive birth experience is not defined by a specific outcome, but by feeling respected and supported along the way.
