I plan to give birth in a hospital and I am looking for a birth doula that accepts Tricare. This is my second pregnancy and I would like to have an unmedicated birth.

Hi! I my names Amanda I just found out I’m pregnant. This will be my first. I want to have someone with experience to walk through pregnancy with me and to help educate and prepare us. I definitely want to do a home birth but I understand it might be necessary to go to a hospital. I definitely want a midwife there during birth. I want someone who can support and help us make an informed decision. I do not have an OB at the moment. I don’t know a lot about midwives or your scope of practice but I’d love to chat and find out more. I’m not sure about a birth plan or budget yet. This is all new. I’d like to sit down and figure out a birth plan based on complications and stuff like that I have no idea what to expect.
