I plan on delivering at the Mountain West Medical Women's Care Center in Tooele, UT and would really like a tub birth. I would love to do a home birth, or a birthing center. But most midwives don’t accept Medicaid. So I’m trying to find ones that do. I am 9 weeks pregnant on Sunday. My budget is under 5,000 if I can find a good midwife who can also do payment plans. I want a very hands off birth. I don’t like a lot of intervention. I like to do my own thing and only want help if I need it. It’s important to me to have a midwife that has faith in God and is fearless to help me also feel that way during birth. I don’t want vaccines.
