Hi there! My name is Hannah Greenwood and I’m a Full Spectrum Doula serving Clay & Duval county in Northeast Florida. 2026 marks my sixth year in birthwork, and I’m so grateful to serve this community. I am a mother of three wonderful daughters and a son who have shaped the way I view the world, and view birth! The experiences I had through their pregnancies and births opened my eyes to the support needed through this transformative period. I strive to provide the families I care for with individualized, compassionate care, meeting them where they’re at on their unique journey. In my work as a Full Spectrum Doula, I am trained to care for folks through the whole reproductive spectrum — including pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, loss, abortion, adoption, and surrogacy. As a certified Body Ready Method®️ professional, I am passionate about supporting expecting families through holistic birth preparation and evidence-based education. If I’m not doing something birthy, you can find me listening to an audiobook, collecting a new hobby, enjoying some sunshine, or doing something artsy!

Birth & Beyond

• Initial consultation • Phone, text, email support through pregnancy • Access to my prenatal resources & printables • Lending library of books • 3-4 prenatal visits (a blend of online & at-home) • Body Ready Method® model of care Continuous labor & birth support, on call 24/7 from 38 weeks until birth! • 2-4 hours of postpartum support after birth to help facilitate the golden hours • 2 postpartum home visits • Weekly check-ins after birth to see how you & baby are doing — always available to help you troubleshoot feeding, baby cues, and know what’s normal for recovery.

What to expect

As a birth doula, I offer two customizable packages for those who are interested in prenatal and birth support — pricing for in-person birth doula services ranges from $850-1100, with sliding scale rates and payment plans available. I also offer virtual doula support for those out of my service area, as well as individual meetings for birth planning consultations or body balancing sessions.

Where do you attend births?

How do you feel about epidurals, or going unmedicated?

I’m here for all the many ways birth can look, both medicated and unmedicated. If you want to labor unmedicated, I’ll be your cheerleader every step of the way! And if you know you want that epidural ASAP, doula support is just as valuable. I view epidurals as tools that can be helpful, as there’s a time and a place for all interventions. We can chat more in depth about your options and possible scenarios!

How do you feel about advocating for my wishes?

As your doula, ensuring your voice is heard is at the top of my list of priorities. I love working collaboratively with you and your care team, because that’s where the magic happens! If you have concerns or know you’re not interested in a certain intervention unless it is needed, I can be the bridge in communicating this with your care team. Ongoing and respectful conversations about your birth goals and support needs are my jam! If plans need to shift for you or baby’s wellness, we can chat together about your options, as well as benefits, risks, and alternatives. When advocating for you, it’s less about speaking for you and more about mindfully expressing your wishes. Advocacy also looks like checking in to make sure you consent before an action is taken, like a cervical exam. If you don’t consent to something, or someone is not listening to you, I will absolutely protect your autonomy and say/do something to intervene. I will not be a passive bystander.
