I'm hoping to find someone who has experience supporting births at Englewood Hospital, has extensive experience as a doula, and is supportive of a medicated birth. It's important to me to work with someone who will respect my birth preferences while providing guidance, advocacy, and evidence-based support throughout the process.

My husband and I are expecting twin boys and live in Hoboken, NJ at the end of December. Ideally, we would like help 4–5 nights per week, approximately 10–12 hours per night, for the first 1-2 months after delivery. We are specifically looking for someone with strong newborn experience, preferably someone who has cared for twins overnight independently. Support would include feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, bottle washing/preparation, and helping establish a safe sleep routine so that my husband and I can get some rest. Experience with premature or early-term babies would be a plus. CPR certification and references are preferred. We are flexible on the exact schedule and would love to discuss availability, experience with twins, and rates. Japanese-speaking would be a plus, but is not required.
