Hello! My name is Heather Irwin, I am a certified birth and postpartum doula, Hypnobabies Childbirth Educator, Placenta Encapsulation specialist and Belly Binder. I have been practicing since 2017. I have attended 90 births, and supported many postpartum families. I specialize in Postpartum Overnight support and have experience caring for multiples. I would love the opportunity to serve your family as you welcome your newest addition.

Birth Doula Support

This package includes 2 prenatal visits, unlimited birth support, backup doula, and one postpartum visit.

$1,525 USD · Flat rate

Placenta encapsulation

Pickup, processing and delivery of Placenta capsules. Multiple forms processing options and other add on services available. Mileage surcharge will apply if pickup/delivery is more than 60 miles from zip code 63385

$275 USD · Flat rate

Belly Binding

Includes basic belly binder and one hour of instruction and binding. I will teach you to self bind or teach a partner to help you bind. Virtual Support is provided if needed for no additional charge.

$150 USD · Flat rate

What to expect

I'm Heather Irwin. Since 2017 I have had the honor to support nearly 100 families as they prepare to embark on one of the most amazing experiences of their life. I am a Full Spectrum Doula, providing both Birth and Postpartum care throughout St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, Lincoln, Warren and Franklin counties. In addition to Doula services I am also a certified Hypnobabies® Childbirth Educator, teaching virtual and in person Hyprobabies® classes in Wentzville MO.
