About Holly

Holly is Christian, lives in New Smyrna Beach with her family, her husband Todd of 20 years and their precious daughter Emerson, 12 years old. Holly became interested in helping others, first with a career in teaching yoga and expanded into birth support. Certified as a Prenatal Yoga teacher in 2016. A lactation consultant in 2018 and a doula in 2020. Holly strives to support women and families in need of emotional, physical, and spiritual support before during and after delivery.

Virtual Doula Package

Free 30 minute initial consultation via zoom or phone 2 prenatal meetings to discuss options during your pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum via phone, google hangout or phone Available via phone and text with any questions regarding your labor and birth experience from 21 weeks until 2 weeks after birth Help creating your birth plan 24/7 on call support from 38 weeks gestation until baby is born Phone call availability during labor to help assist with birth options, answer questions and help deciding when it is time to go to your hospital or birth center (video chat is also available if you prefer) 1 postpartum meeting to talk through birth story and ask postpartum questions that you may have

Full Birth Package

2 prenatal visits to discuss your ideal birth and create a birth plan that best suits you. Continuous education and support through phone, text and email. Holly will remain on call once you reach 37 weeks. Unlimited physical and emotional support throughout labor and birth. Help your partner feel more involved and connected to the laboring individual. Holly will remain with you for the first 1-2 hours after your baby arrives to help you with breastfeeding and ensure you are comfortable. 1 follow-up postpartum visit within two weeks of the birth.

Birth Only

This package is for someone that has already been through the glory of labor and is familiar with the process and only needs support the day of labor and delivery.

What to expect

A birth doula is someone who provides physical, emotional, and informational support to women during the birth process. The term ‘doula’ (pronounced DOOlah) is derived from a Greek term meaning female servant.

Holly was an amazing doula and general prenatal/postnatal resource. I moved across the country to NSB 20 weeks pregnant, so Holly was my main source of support in the area. She was so kind and helped me through some early labor scares and difficulties with grace and patience. She knew the hospital system and seemed to have everything I needed during the birth process. It was my second birth and my first experience in another state was extremely stressful so this birth was very redeeming for me. I’ve kept Holly in my life because she is someone you want to keep around. I’m forever grateful she was part of my experience and if we ever have a third she will be the first person we’d call on.
